Max Mega Menu Pro is an extension for the free version of Max Mega Menu. The Pro extension installs as a separate plugin alongside the free version of Max Mega Menu. Any menu configuration work you have completed using the free version of Max Mega Menu will remain once you install the Pro extension (you will not need to start over!).

How long will I have access to automatic updates and support?

You will have access to automatic updates and support as follows:
Personal and Business Licenses: These renew every 12 months, and you must keep them active to continue receiving updates and support.
Developer License: Includes lifetime access to updates and 12 months of support.

Can I activate my licence key on a development site?

This answer is two-fold. You do not need to activate your licence key for the plugin to function. Therefore, you may choose to not activate your licence key on your development site, and only activate it on you live site. Activating the licence key will enable automatic updates.
If the licence is activated on a site which matches the one of the following URL structures, it will be deemed as a development site and will not count against your activation limit.

Will you help me with customisation?

We do not cover custom development requests through support. We advise hiring a freelance WordPress developer to help you with customisation beyond what is advertised and demonstrated on megamenu.com.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with Max Mega Menu Pro, get in touch though the support form within 30 days and we’ll refund your payment in full – no questions asked!

Do you charge VAT?

If you are eligible to pay VAT then it will be included on your order, but we’ll automatically adjust the price so that the price you see is the price you pay.

How do I update the plugin?

After installation, go to Mega Menu > Licence and enter the licence key we emailed you with the download. Once your licence key is activated you’ll see any newly available updates listed on the Plugins page (in the same manner as free plugins downloaded from wordpress.org)

Will installing the Pro version automatically fix a problem I have with the free version?

No. The Pro version does not change the base functionality of the Max Mega Menu (free). The Pro addon extends Max Mega Menu (free), adding new features.

Will I be able to replicate [link to menu] using Max Mega Menu?

The menus found on this website have all been created using Max Mega Menu, please use these as a reference for what is possible to create using the plugin. We do not provide help to copy the style of someone else’s menu system, so please only upgrade if you have the ability to make the modifications required yourself.

Can Max Mega Menu [insert feature]?
