The following issue types are covered under free support:

Please allow up to 7 days for a response on the free forums.

For everything else including help with custom & premium theme integration, advice and basic customisation, please purchase a Pro licence and create a new ticket. We aim to respond to all Pro tickets within 24hrs (Mon-Fri).

Max Mega Menu Pro v2.4!

We are aware of an issue where, in some cases, Windows Defender is flagging the megamenu-pro-2.4.zip file as being malicious. This is a false positive. To resolve this please ensure you have the latest security intelligence updates installed: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/defenderupdates.

For extra peace of mind you can also test the zip file for viruses against 62 databases here: https://www.virustotal.com/gui/home/upload. Once you are happy, you can still install the update.

Latest Updates – Free (v3.2+) & Pro (v2.4+)

If you have recently updated Max Mega Menu and are expriencing issues, please follow the steps below before contacting us.

  1. Update both Max Mega Menu (free) and Max Mega Menu Pro to the latest versions
  2. Go to Mega Menu > Tools and Clear the CSS Cache
  3. Clear any site caches you have enabled (e.g. minification/caching plugins, CDNs, server caches etc)

If you have an active Max Mega Menu Pro licence please use the form below to create a new ticket.

    Where can we see the issue in our own browsers? If you are using a "Coming Soon" plugin, please disable it whilst we investigate the issue.

    Important: This contact form does not accept code (HTML/JavaScript) as the request will be blocked by our security firewall. If you need to send us code or images, submit your ticket then wait for a confirmation email. You can reply to the confirmation email including code and attachments.

    Having trouble submitting the ticket? You can reply directly to any email sent from us (e.g. your purchase receipt email, subject: "Max Mega Menu Pro - Order Complete") and a new ticket will be created.
