No. WordPress Multisite is designed to keep the content on each of your sites completely separate. Only themes and plugins can be shared across the sites on your network. Content (i.e. pages, posts, menus, media files etc) is not shared between your sites.
Can I share my menu themes between the sites on my network?
Menu themes will not be shared across the sites within your network. You can determine whether or not themes are shared across your sites by adding the following to your wp-config.php file:
