How to show or hide items in the sticky menu
Go to Appearance > Menus. Hover over the item you wish to show or hide in the sticky menu and click the blue “Mega Menu” button.
Within the General Settings tab for each menu item, you will see a “Visibility in Sticky Menu” option.
